I've always been impressed with
tartinegourmand, not only with her interesting recipes and inspiring presentation but also her awesome photography. So I was quite surprised that she didn't manage a single photo of an, er, erect soufflé...
To be fair, I haven't tried myself and her setups are usually quite complex so I guess she simply wasn't quick enough.
If I had an oven, I'd take that challenge, though.
