Kettle Chips are proposing to bring out chocolate flavoured (with real organic choc powder and spices) crisps. More info on the relevant page (no direct link, it's a flash thing). Now, I do like chocolate with spices but I'm not sure about the potato element...
The other flavours sound intriguing, though.

Yes, sorry. Fixed. Our net connection is a bit flaky atm so I couldn't check after I had written it.

Is chocolate chilli, chocolate cheese and chocolate beer wrong? Lots of people like those!

Yes, because I'm allergic to caffiene and can't have chocolate. It took me AGES to work out why I always had a reaction after eating my friend Claire's chili, and it turned out she put cocoa powder in it...

those chocolate covered pretzels that you used to be able to get were quite nice as are chocolate oliver biscuits so I think I would be willing to give them a try

Ah, but given that I can't eat chocolate...

which of course means while you can't eat them they may or may not be a good product in isolation of that

But I can eat crisps! And making crisps that I can't eat is wrong! [/unreasonable wailing]

No, I'm just being unreasonable and selfish :P

yep I guess in life (sorry for the terrible cliche) there are some flavours of crisps you don't like and some flavours which just don't like you!

tudor did chocolate crisps in the early 90's... they were utterly, utterly disgusting.

The only aspect that would make me try them is that Kettle are known for using "real" ingredients, i.e. it will be actual chocolate powder, not artificial flavouring.
