bloomeenee just bought three prints from my portfolio. This makes me both proud and grateful. :o)
She got away with it at cost, though, as I haven't set up my "pro shop" on photobox yet but that should be ready by tomorrow. Don't worry, the prices won't be horrendous.

My plan is to go to Nashville next year and make a proper holiday of it. How far is it from Austin to Nashville and is there anything interesting in between? I've always wanted to do an US road trip...
So if you can't make it to ICC itself, I could come and visit you and yours in Austin the week before or after. How's that for an idea?

You just made me squeal (verify with Si)! yes. It's something in the neighborhood of sixteen hours. I was planning on trying to make it as it is so near. That would be a wonderful treat. I do miss you terribly. SQUEAL!

Considering US distances, 16 hours is nothing.

It would be lovely to see you and Matthew again and meet the little one, too. I'll be able to take some proper photos then. :o)

I definitely want to spend some time exploring Nashville before or after ICC (possibly just doing the con over the weekend as I did with SCaRE) and would love doing some random road trips into the countryside, too.
I need to look into the practicalities of hiring a car, international driver's licence requirements etc. but that will have to wait until the New Year. I've got another trip to prepare for first.
