[Cambridge] Cinema plans

Within the next week or two, I'm planning to see at least three films:

- Crank (mindless violence/action with Jason Statham)
- D.O.A (the same but more HK stylee and with pretty girls instead of Statham)
- Clerks II (if you don't know what I'm talking about you don't want to see this)

First up as it might disappear soon: Crank: This Thursday, 21:50, Cineworld

The visuals, particularly, are really clever. It's not even that mindless! Plus it has Tasty Coma Wife™ from Scrubs in it.

I just find myself impressed that Crank has bothered to have a reason why the action can't stop for more than 5 minutes of exposition.

I'm just in awe. The trailer got to the line about "If you stop, you die." and I thought: This is the Holy Grail of action movies.

I hadn't seen the trailers; I was just bored and decided to go to the cinema, and it was on at the right time. I had an adrenagasm within minutes. It is almost too awesome.
