Last night can only be described as bad luck. Went to the Cattery housewarming first and met a couple of new and interesting people and then went off to the station. Due to the storms and resulting signal and line failures, a number of trains had been cancelled and were delayed, so I got into Kings X far too late to go to the London game where I wanted to meet people to go to Slimes afterwards. So I went to wait for them outside (I needed someone to tag along with as it's a members only club). 20 minutes to 12 I suddenly had a panic attack and thought. what if everybody else was delayed/prevented from getting to London as well? What did I do? I went back to Kings X to go home, just missing the faster train and having to take the slow one. On the train it occured to me that I could have waited longer and crash at EvilHQ but then it was too late. Oh well, maybe not so bad as I wasn't feeling that well anyway and an all nighter might have brought me down, and I saved money...
So I got home, watched Strange I had taped (sort of demonic murder mystery on BBC 1, not too bad, actually, Ian Richardson was ace), read a bit and then collapsed, only to wake up at four in the afternoon.
Now I'm having a major CBA moment again and will probably finish the King novel, watch the vids I bought on Thursday and go to bed early.

you missed me by 5 mins! I arrived outside slimes at 11:45, and went in straight away.
it you'd gone down the Angel tube, you were probably on the other platfom to me at the same time.
