The heat has melted my brains
4 Jul 2006 12:16 amThis morning was murder but at least the aircon came on later on and the break in the shade by the lake helped, too (although the hot walk back almost negated it).
I had forgotten my wallet but had enough change to buy a sandwich. Then, after work, I drove to Tesco's for shopping. I thought, oh, I'll get some money from the ATM ... oh no, I left my wallet at home, oh well, I'll get some later so I walk into the Tesco's, fill my basket and realise just before I reach checkout that I still don't have a wallet and can't pay so I left my basket at the customer service desk, drove home to get my wallet, drove back, paid, drove home again and realised I had failed to get cash out. And forgot again when I walked to the pillar box to post some mail. Poor brain.
Thunderstorms Wednesdays, allegedly, and then cooling off more and more. Let's hope it'll stay like that over the weekend so I can finally get things done and maybe even take a trip to Northfield Farm for their open day. Mmmm, meat.
Then I forgot that I had wanted to go to the cinema for Fearless because I wanted some dinner and then I was just to blargh to go out again.
I've now finally seen the last ep of Supernatural and AAAARRRRGGGGHHHH! Well, it's going to be a Flash Gordon resurrection but still. Bloody hell, Sam!
Much needed shower now and then bed.
Er, crazy people doing Parkour/free running on Channel 4 first. Madness but oh so cool to watch...
