Charging...

I currently have three things charging: A set of AA batteries, a camera battery and my mp3 player for the journey tomorrow. *shakes head*

I also made a lovely stirfry from my vegbox: Green peppers, carrots, spring greens and onions, organic (supermarket) garlic and fried in organic ground nut oil, only the  white pepper wasn't organic, even the soy sauce was.






nannyo, I have tiny new potatoes for potato salad as well as leftover carrots. Will also bring the salad pack. Do you want onions, too? I can spare two or three.

Now, on with stuff.

No no, I'm good for onions! Yum, tiny new potatoes sound delish. I'll make a light garlicky mayonaise....oooh tasty.

Dinner tonight is home made pita breads (and some bread rolls), tabbouleh, zalouk (moroccan aubergine salad), cheese and pate. If it's still cold and wet, I'll make soup.

Hm, weather forecast for tomorrow seems heavy cloud but sunny for Sunday.
