It was
akonken's pre-birthday party last night so I made a bowl of mousse au chocolat. I don't know if it was the amount of eggwhite to chocolate (very large eggs) or because it wasn't quite chilled through yet but I had the best texture I'd ever achieved, really fluffy. It tasted gorgeous as always but it's usually a bit denser so I'm very pleased with that.
