Confused vegbox

Last Friday (when the new boxes were announced) it had aubergine and spring greens as guest veg, then sometime during the week, it changed to asparagus, lettuce and tomatoes, when I checked yesterday it was back to the first selection but I did get the second. Weird.
So instead of a spring green stirfry, i boiled some potatoes as filler and steamed the asparagus over the pan. When tender but still with a crunchy bite, I took it out, tossed it with a little coarse sea salt, a few glugs of good olive oil and a some balsamic vinegar, arranged the spears on a plate and finished with some freshly shaved parmesan. Yum.
