Just listening to Buddy Guy's current album. Traditional Blues with some interesting twists and a few cool duets/collaborations (e.g. Ain't No Sunshine with Tracy Chapman).
He's one of the artists I'd really like to see live at one point. I wonder if he's touring the UK (his website says no but they say he's touring in autumn, too)...

Sure.
Even better, I'll fill my external USB hard drive with Soul, Funk and Blues and bring that. Shouldn't be much of a problem to connect it to Robin's music server. :o)

If you are into acoustic music, I would recommend the Cambridge FolkClub (which I think meets at the Golden Hind on Fridays) and Acoustic Routes (CB2 Norfolk Street.) There are quite a few mediocre acts on the open stage nights but the occasional and unforgettable gem.
