Google maps

While the maps are nice, scalable and better to navigate than on streetmap, the route planner is useless (Example: going from Cambridge to Epsom, Surrey, it sends me through London), I much prefer the one on the AA website.

I now need to brave the congestion at the Tesco petrol station because they saw fit to close it last night. 24 hours my arse!

Right, stuff check: Dippadoom™, small camera, directions + map, overnight bag, VCR and cable box set for Dr Who, I think that's everything.
