karohemdVery proud of myself as the pan-fried duck breast turned out exactly as I wanted: nice and crispy skin with most of the fat rendered (mmm, roast potatoes soon, I think) and the meat uniformly pink throughout.
Some steamed green asparagus and an oven roasted rösti completed a very tasty dinner. Sadly, no wine as I'm driving later.
