Last Octaine
10 Dec 2004 02:47 amWas good if plagued by deck troubles as always.
There was a good atmosphere, trendies dancing their socks off to Ultraviolence and [:sitd:] and a total of three Pantera tracks played.
IIRC, this was the fifth Octaine dedicated to a deceased artist or member of the music world (Johnny Cash, Johnny Ramone, Warren Zevon, John Peel and tonight Darrell Abbott).
We have some money in the box, not enough to keep going in the current format but enough to do the odd something. What exactly that will be, we'll see. Watch this space.
More tomorrow, bed now.
