I see where you're coming from because I don't like chocolate with certain kinds of fruit, either, especially standard orange. However, red/dark fruit usually works (e.g. chocolate covered strawberries). Also, this sorbet is so tangy, it needs some balance so some sort of cake is perfect. You could easily use bits of sponge or, even better, crumble.
