*sniffle* *cough*
24 Jun 2004 05:01 pmGah, if I'm not feeling much better tomorrow, I won't go to the National but will use the days off I've taken to recover, get my act together, be productive and try to get some order in my household (throwing out stuff sounds almost like a necessity) and write up characters and things for NURD (German roleplay con in July).
It would be the first 'ling National I miss but personal well-being is currently more important. This is the second time in not quite two months I've been ill, this has to stop. A good way forward is to relax and then start a short week fully refreshed. Then I only need to force myself to go to bed on time and get enough sleep and I should be on the right way.
Good thing is that I don't need to give any lifts this time so I can just decide to not go if I'm not feeling well enough. Another possibility would be to drive up on the Saturday just for the day. It's a lot closer to home than Llangollen, only about 2 hours if there's no traffic.
There's also a bit of Cam/RP apathy at the moment (nothing to do with the games) so at the moment it feels more like I have to be there rather than want.
Anyhow, I'm going to pack and get ready, anyway, and then decide tomorrow.
