Just had the first real food (other than a slice of lightly buttered toast) since Wednesday night but still have stuffed/runny noseness and feeling packed in cotton woolness, i.e. quite a nasty cold. Still, a weekend of sleep should mend this. Am also slowly rehydrating and replenishing lost minerals and vitamins. Gah, if I had kept up my daily dose of Vitamin C/Zinc and Echinacea this week, this wouldn't have happened. Not enough sleep and too much stress sent me over the edge.
