mmm, stir fry

Just made a quick an easy stir fry because I was hungry and lazy. A pack of diced turkey breast from the meat counter, a pack of pre-chopped stir fry vegetables and Amoy straight to wok noodles and Black Bean sauce. Added a bit of extra spice by means of freshly gound black pepper, a bit of chili sauce and some sesame oil. Have enough of it for lunch tomorrow as well.

PS: I need to find a way for semagic to detect the music that's playing on my stereo system...

Heh, nice co-incidence, I just did a lil stir-fry too :) But just noodles and sauce for me cause no money for more :P

It was still cheaper than two portions of chicken chow mein from the local take-away and just as yummy. Plus I had turkey instead of chicken. :o)

Heh, I managed to melt the outside of the plastic drip mat thingy between sink and hob because I forgot to move it and the wok got a little bit too hot. Whoops.
