Food prep update

Dippadoom™ should be up to it's usual standards thanks to wonderful Waitrose ingredients but something went wrong with the mousse. I got the first hurdle (getting the hot chocolate into the egg without ending up with scrambled eggs) without any problems but the egg whites didn't incorporate as well as I'd like. I so hope this sets properly...
