Musical oddities
2 Feb 2004 12:36 pmI went bargain hunting on amazon last week and one of my finds was Alabama 3 - Power In The Blood.
I leafed through the booklet and saw "all tracks written by Alabama 3 except Track 13 (Badlands) written by Bruce Springsteen".
Thing is, it isn't Badlands, it's Nebraska (which has the line "through the badlands of Wyoming")...
It sounds like someone's playing it on an acoustic guitar in a bar or something and it just happened to get onto the tape.
Very strange.
Just like the album, Country/Southern/Blues with sequencer programming, very odd but very cool at the same time.

BTW, still up for meeting up at Eddie's this Friday? I need directions and tips where to park. I'll most likely drive back home afterwards, crazy as I am.
