I think winterthing's review hits the nail on the head.
It is the filming of a Cam game which for some reason managed to get high quality locations, costumes, phys reps and prosthetics.

I know but it's not standard that you go round and do it for everyone.

only cos they would'nt pay the prices for silicon prosthesis. (and sit for hours in makup before each game :) )
