Every time I go to that shop I don't come out with less than 60 quid worth of CDs and I only went there to buy two...

This time:
John Mellencamp - Trouble No More (strongly recommended to [livejournal.com profile] borusa, contains covers of songs by Robert Johnson, Woodie Guthrie, Lucinda Williams and more. Americana at its finest.)
Fun Lovin' Criminals - Welcome to Poppy's (I don't think grooves could be any lazier...)
60's Soul Mix (various, 2CDs)
Bargains (£5 each):
Johnny Cash - at San Quentin (superb live album)
Rage Against The Machine (first album)
Steve Earle - Copperhead Road (to replace my vinyl copy at home)
HIM - Deep Shadows And Brilliant Highlights (goooth)

The last Cash album was out of stock, sadly but not surprising. Should have it next week. It better be there before the 9th.

Hm, just what my sets at Octaine look like (Americana, Funk/Rock, Goth, Soul/Funk). The only thing that's missing is Industrial but that's most likely due to Fopp not stocking any. I need to talk to them and ask...

Later colleague's leaving do at the Tram Depot and then relaxing.

Tomorrow Cam day ('ling in the afternoon, C/A in the evening)

Sunday Belleville at the Picturehouse and more relaxing and burning of CDs for people.
