The photos should be enough.
It's a bunker, basically a steel tank in the ground with access hatch and supply tubes for electricity etc.

All you need is a crane to pick it up and a truck to transport it on and it's yours for 1 Euro (current bid).

Well you never know, it might say "slightly cracked, may not provide protection during a nuclear strike" in amoungst all that German. I'd hate to think I was getting shoddy goods for my Euro :)

Pretty much, yes.

"Very well conserved soil bunker made of iron or(!) steel, almost without rust (complete with outside sealing of hot asphalt).
The inside is cladded with varnished zinc sheeting. 2 air ducts and 5 supply tubes for electricity etc. Der Bunker has 4 hooks for transport by crane.

Inside height: approx. 2.20m, Inside width: approx. 2.20m, overall length: approx. 4.00m. Weight approx. 7 metric tons.

The bunker is excavated and ready for loading. Buyer needs to supply crane and flat bed truck for transport.
