The chairwoman of the anti-corruption committee for the Croation parliament was arrested after allegations of bribery (selling university places and degrees for thousands of Euros). She should have seen that coming, really.

I just tuned into this to while away the time til QI starts. I'm by no means an expert (but several of you know a lot more about this kind of thing so I'm asking) but it feels to me that the whole setting (costumes etc.) is completely off in terms of historical accuracy? Not quite as bad as First Knight with its polished armour etc but close. I'm expecting a Queen soundtrack any minute...
