Apparently, volunteers found a gramophone among the usual bikes, shopping trolleys and other rubbish while dragging the Cam.

Riverside Bridge update

The JCBs have moved in, our building is shaking...
No noise but lots of vibrations.

Will bring camera tomorrow.

ETA: It currently looks like a Time Team trench, i.e. they've taken off the topsoil on a strip...
Also, the vibrations are coming from the building site next door as they are continuing and the JCBs have stopped.
