A good social evening

First at the pub and then at the Calling which more and more turns into a social event (rather than a place to go and listen/dance to music) for me.
Far too late now. Need sleep...

Tai Chi Update

Another hurdle taken - we finished Review today. As of next week, our class will be a Regular Class. *Poing*
Which means now the real work begins.

We went over "Snake Creeps Down" again and I finally have the basic version down. It'll be a few years until I can go only half as low as Sam, though.
And the final big move, "Sweep the Lotus" makes more sense, too. I just wished I had the space to practice the move at home as I still need to work on the turning bit but as long as I remember to turn my spine rather than my outer body (believe me, this makes sense), it'll be fine.

Due to my being-a-muppet-ness I won't be able to go to the Intensive on Sunday but the Awareness Day on the Saturday after (11th) is still on.

Nikon just sent me a mail inviting me to a photography day at the London Wetland Centre. It's ... this Saturday.
