Tai Chi update
26 Jan 2005 09:24 pmBack to my regular class, we went over the set so far and the tiger sequence a few times, tacked on a small new bit but left the next new move (Parting Wild Horse's Mane) til next time.
Afterwards, the instructor briefly spoke to me and mentioned how much more elastic and secure I am compared to when I first started. Result, I say!
Still, I wobbled around quite a bit today but I've been tired and not really up for it.
Umming and aaahing about going to the Intensive on the 6th of Feb (Sunday morning at the ungodly hour of 10 in Huntingdon) and the workshop in Stamford on the first weekend in April.

Apocalyptica on Saturday
26 Jan 2005 10:26 pmWho's going?
Anyone want to meet up for a bite beforehand?
Cambridge people, we'll be taking the 3:45 train, feel free to join us.
Update: You can order and listen to bits of the new album here. It seems to carry on from Reflections (with added drums and vocals) and has no covers. And blimey, some of it is fast...
