Calling my Scottish friends

Thanks to the wonderful andrewdavies, I'm currently in the possession of a real haggis.
Trouble is, I don't actually know how exactly to cook it. Boil it? For how long? Slice and fry it?

I pan-fried it and had some buttery and creamy mash with it and it tasted really nice. Very filling as well so I have more than enough left for lunch tomorrow.
