Linguistic/slang question

I have a slight problem here. In a Marketing text I have the following sentence after a list of problems:
"[company)'s software tools have got it licked".
Never heard of it being used before like this. Any ideas?

Short Update

Feeling better, nose still blocked but not running freely anymore. Good thing, as I'm supposed to go to a Christmas party on Saturday.
Also have acquired almost all the pressies I need.

Some emails to write tonight, shower and early bed. Really.
Another really busy day at work tomorrow. Fucking tight deadlines that get even tighter unexpectedly...
