[Octaine] Things

OK, finally remembered to update the website.

We currently have one offer as guest DJ (Taff/DJ Slingshot) who would like to do a classic SKA set which sounds good to me.

Just resent ads to the sites who so far printed our ads. Will try BBC again.

There's still a discussion on club_octaine on how to improve things. Please join.

My trolley is already full and it's a bigger one than last year. Then again, I'll be staying a day longer than last year.
Hope I'll find space for stuff I need.

Getting things done

That's the washing up from last week out of the way. Now to put the second load of laundry from the washer into the dryer and remove and put away the first load.
Then, shopping for weekend and travel supplies, cooking dinner and finally relaxing with a couple of cheesy Hong Kong DVDs. Hopefully bed around midnight or so and a good night's sleep. More tidying and final packing tomorrow.
I have all the paperwork (both for travel and Cam) sorted. Just need to order a taxi for Tue morning. Laptop is checked with all dodgy files removed and fully charged. Just need to pack cables. I have an US adapter so I'll be able to download photos and presort them, maybe even building the web pages as I go along so I only have to upload them when I'm home.
There should be public net access in the hotel lounge so I'll be able to make short updates every day.

I wish I had more holiday and could take a couple of days off after my return but sadly, all the rest is reserved for Xmas.
