karohemdHoly Cow, this Organic 85% Ecuadorian Plain Chocolate (tesco's finest Fairtrade) is strong.
It's almost too bitter to be eaten on its own but it's nice and smooth so should be briliant for cooking. Next time I make a MousseOfDoom™, I shall try it with this.
