My personal hope is that he gets the puppy from a no-kill animal shelter. He's already got a lot of respect in my eyes, but this would just be another example of how cool he can be :)

I'm glad they're trying their best to reconcile allergies with wanting a shelter dog. I'll understand if they can't find one that his daughter's not allergic to, but I have to give them mad props for even considering the idea.

That plot would so not work if it was set in the UK, the police would just shoot it the first time it attacked anybody and they'd never even find out it was a racist dog.
