Well I don't actually speak it, but I think it's a warning about a fog horn.

I'd say it should be trinity house not Trinty Tower.

This is becuase trinity house , is the organisation, which handles navigation to shipping (lighthouses and whatnot ) in the uk .

Ah, foghorn warnings. What they REALLY should say is: "Warning - do not jump out of yer skin and fall down the cliff when the foghorn goes off, though if it's foghorn weather then what the bloody hell are you doing at the top of a cliff in the fog anyway, you wazzock?"
