Damn, that was tasty

the lamb chops were just as tasty as they looked and they still had a slight touch of pink inside and were moist and flavourful and wonderful. The spuds and veg (just seasoned with salt/pepper and cooked with a glug of olive oil) were spot on, too, the spuds crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside and the veg just right with lots of bite.
