In an ideal world
I would have enough money to buy this bunker (thanks to
lsur for the tip-off), be able to acquire all planning permissions (big problem: it's Grade II listed) and raise the funds to convert it into a club, gain an entertainment licence and tadaa, new alternative (game) venue in Cambridge.

Ventilation is probably the biggest factor, especially in a windowless concrete block like that.
On the other hand, I don't think soundproofing would be much of a problem. ;o)
