Google Earth

Sadly, my hometown isn't covered in their high res map yet and only a few major German cities are searchable so I went South from Berlin, zoomed in, found Cheb (in the Czech Republic), moved Northwestish and found it. Only took me a few minutes, most of which were spent waiting for the image to refresh. Fear my navigational skills! ;o) Later it occured to me that my hometown's homepage might have the geographic location (and it has, d'oh).
As it's a very low res image, I can only guess the location of our house. So, if you have Google Earth, you want these coordinates:
Latitude:  50° 9'27.96''N
Longitude:  12° 8'7.76"E

BTW, the large dark green blotches are forests. ;o)

Having a hires version of that would be really cool. However, not even the one of my house in Cambridge is very clear:

Dude, we can see cars in your road and clearly define buildings, how clear do you need it?

I love google earth! Admittedly I live on a complex of 7 high rises, so it's easy to see my house, but what amazed me was the shadow that the tower blocks cast.

I've just got myself sorted out with broadband at home, so I've not downloaded it yet, but I will soon!
