I would have enough money to buy this bunker (thanks to lsur for the tip-off), be able to acquire all planning permissions (big problem: it's Grade II listed) and raise the funds to convert it into a club, gain an entertainment licence and tadaa, new alternative (game) venue in Cambridge.

I can dream, OK? ;o)
