Holy Cow, this Organic 85% Ecuadorian Plain Chocolate (tesco's finest Fairtrade) is strong.
It's almost too bitter to be eaten on its own but it's nice and smooth so should be briliant for cooking. Next time I make a MousseOfDoom™, I shall try it with this.

I was seriously flaking a while ago, ate three little pieces and was awake again. As my stomach doesn't like coffee anymore (except espresso which I can't get at work) and I don't like tea, I need choc for my daily dose of caffeine. :D

BTW and OT, Joe Bonamassa plays the Hammersmith Apollo on the 18th of May next year. Tickets are going really fast.
