Lamb ahoy

The Art of Meat had the cutest little lamb chops (cut from a rack and trimmed) which are now marinating in the fridge. Let's see if I can make them look reasonably nice.

We just got home from our canalside walk via Waitrose. Fish Veracruz and duck with something stirfried awaits us for the remainder of the weekend.
