Steam-tastic

The Museum of Technology in Cambridge will be "under full steam" this weekend and there's also a "Teslathon" with "Extreme Electronics". There's no info about the event on the museum website but it's part of the Big Draw thing and it's about halfway down on the linked page.

I'm busy on Saturday but anyone fancy coming along on Sunday? It's open from 11 to 5 (the website says 4.30 but the poster I just walked past says 5).

I'm especially looking at ginasketch, lupie_stardust and other Steam(punk) enthusiasts here. I don't draw but I'll take my camera. :o)

Ah shame. I only saw the poster today or I would have mentioned it earlier.

When I'm there I might finally come round to enquire about hiring the place for a photoshoot. They don't have fixed opening times (and usually only do the steam thing on Bank Holidays) but do open the place for individuals and small groups...

I doubt it'll happen before the New Year, anyway, so there'll be plenty of time.
In case a private hire were too expensive for me alone, would you be willing to chip in?
