Last night I might have had a fine dining experience I'd have no chance in hell of reproducing but the Beef Stroganoff I just cooked and ate was pretty damn tasty, too. Not fine dining, because I misjudged the timing of the meat (should have seared it a little less as it was too well done after the onions and mushrooms were added and simmered with the sour cream) but the flavour was wonderful.
Now for a nice dram of Bowmore Enigma.
