ETA: Now, half an hour later, the sun is out.

Actually, the car park is level with the ground on the river side, but because it's lower than the entrance on the other side, it's below the ground floor of the building.

This is Cambridge. They're building a housing development next door, on a field that's flooded every couple of years...

The weather's decidedly shite here too.

It was nice and clear when I went out to get my lunch, then it went all dark and I got soaked by torrential rain on the way back.

Now it's cleared up again!
