Strawberry season is finally here so let's celebrate:
This little bowl is the perfect proof that a dessert doesn't have to be just sweet. Proper balsamic vinegar has this wonderful balance of tartness and sweetness and the black pepper adds a wonderful zing on your tongue. The creme fraiche just adds to the whole experience.
