This is rather cheeky. The top left button with his name looks like the Lego logo (red background, white lettering with yellow bordering). I wonder if this indeed a marketing campaign by Lego because otherwise they'd be a bit annoyed at his use of their identities.
Possibly. I really don't know the legal situation in such a case. Companies tend to get rather cross when people use things that sometimes are only vaguely reminiscent of logos/products.
