Updated LJ notification

The expanded notification system is now also available for paid members.
The only major change I have seen is that the comment notifications I get are now in frigging HTML despite the setting still being on "Plain text". Muppets. ETA: It's a known issue.
I have yet to test the watch comments thing.

It works, but as you say, html emails is a constant irritation.
So have turned 'em back off again, so I'm getting the plain text 'blah has commented' emails.

The most useful is that you can notifications on somebody else's posts rather than just your own and other gubbins like an email when someone friends you etc.
