Nice evening

Work was longer than expected so was a bit late at the pub. It was good to see mazzarc (purple corset!), medivh_tirisfal and belak_krin again, the latter having just returned from Cornwall, this time for good. There was some geeking about photography and artwork and listening to Mouse's anecdotes from New York.


Went on to the Calling, where I was jumped by the lovely _ebb_ and had a quick chat. More pretty women in funky outfits turned up, including akonken, feanelwa and necro_angel.
The first set was very good and quite off the norm, with almost as much German content as mine, including ASP. :o)
After that, the quality of the music dropped dramatically, although _ebb_ managed to drag me onto the dancefloor a few times.
Called it a night a bit after midnight and gave davefish a lift home. Had a look at the photos I took, a few of which might even make it into public, despite the crap lights. This won't happen for a while, though. I'm busy tomorrow evening, Thursday is packing and travelling. I should have some time at home, although editing huge photos on my dated laptop is a bit of a pain. We'll see.

I was more than a little relieved to see someone I knew, yes! Had a great night, left not that much later than you guys but I can't remember... I beat Sir in from his NIN gig, much to his amusement and he found me sound asleep (though I'm proud I managed to get that far unaided!!)
